Our people mission
Connect with, enable and champion talent, from all walks of life.
We represent the exciting world around us.
It has always been important to us to think and act responsibly. This is why everyone at Amplify is committed to adopting considered and conscious decision-making when creating campaigns on behalf of our clients, with the goal of moving culture forward with a positive and long-lasting impact.
Our work-in-progress mentality means that we aim to improve the impact we have on our people, the wider cultural landscape our work exists within and the planet we live on. Always questioning the little things to constantly innovate and find the inch of improvement that adds up to something bigger.
Our breadth of work and accountability, driven by our ongoing belief that we are 'always a work in progress,' have led us to become a Certified B Corporation™ across all our global offices.
Connect with, enable and champion talent, from all walks of life.
Create inspiring, representative and considered work that has a positive impact within culture.
Challenge the status-quo to make more informed sustainable decisions as standard.
Connect with, enable and champion talent, from all walks of life.
We never forget that we’re only as good as those talented individuals who choose to call Amplify ‘home’.
Amplify is built from a tapestry of talent, an unexpected and diverse breadth of lived experiences, skillsets, work backgrounds, ages, personalities, and passions. Across our global hubs we're lucky to have some of the smartest, creative and progressive minds. Our shared values guide our internal culture and create a collective ethos that inspires the work we do for clients.
We encourage all our team to have a point of view, share their influences and support their passions inside and outside of work. By doing this, we know that not only will our team be happier and more inspired, but our work will be more creative and deeply connected in culture.
But we know we can always be better, and we're always honing our art and our science. Whilst we're now a more established agency we still approach the world with the agility, vigour and energy of a start-up, as we know to be a truly progressive agency we will always be work in progress.
We believe every person should have access to opportunities that could change their lives. To achieve overall change in our agency and the industry, we must prioritise disrupting the talent pipeline and levelling the playing field to ensure everyone has fair access.
We believe we have a collective responsibility to 'pass the baton', and we try to lead by example. Our New Wave programme recruits young people with passion, potential, life experience and enthusiasm, rather than looking at degrees and qualifications. We are working to get more under represented talent into our industry, by giving them experiences across strategy, production, client services and creative.
UNITY is a steering group comprised of a diverse cross-section of individuals from the agency. It provides information, education and direction to all policies, processes and initiatives that the agency undertakes to strive towards greater equity and equality across our workforce, within the working environment and through the work we undertake for our clients and beyond.
Run by the women of Amplify to empower female-identifying employees through inspirational talks, and workshops, giving them a safe space to celebrate female voices in the marketing and advertising industries.
Our 18-30 year old Amplify employees have set-up their own initiative to share their views and keep everyone up-to-date on what makes them tick, keeping the older members of the team in check and on point. From music and galleries, to news and sports, Voices of Us share their tips and POV with Amplifiers on a monthly basis, which in turn informs our work for clients.
Create inspiring, representative and considered work that has a positive impact within culture.
We strive to make our work and our agency inclusive, accessible, and representative. This thinking informs everything from supplier procurement to staffing, casting, and partnerships. To achieve overall change we know we have a collective responsibility to encourage collaborative behaviour change on an individual, business and industry level.
Through our global initiatives outlined below, we believe we are leading by example to ensure that we are giving back more than we take and working collaboratively with communities and within culture.
Amplify's ongoing Young Blood research and film platform was created in 2016 to help us understand the hope, fears and realities of young people growing up in the world today. By sharing the research and findings we encourage and endeavour to use the Young Blood platform as a positive voice and to challenge misconceptions
We not only use the findings to ensure all of our work is relevant and effective but to keep things cyclical, giving back to youth communities in different ways from recruitment programmes to mentoring. We use our research, networks, partners and our diverse strategy team to deep dive into the people and cultures we’re interested in, that enable us to make our work hyper-local as well as globally consistent.
Since 2020 our London team joined forces with Brixton Finishing School and ADcademy offering both commercial support as well as helping co-develop the brand experience part of its curriculum.
Our Australian creative team continues to support D&AD Shift - a free night school for self-made creatives without a university degree who want to enter the commercial creative industry.
Acting as mentors to the ‘Shifters’ throughout the program, we host sessions at our Sydney office on ‘What is Brand Experience’ on the craft of building brand experience campaigns and giving attendees real-life briefs to respond to in collaboration with our clients including Canva.
Our charity committee works to give our team opportunities to give back to our local community through volunteering partnerships and fundraising events.
In the UK, we partner with Crisis - the UK national charity for people experiencing homelessness. Our London team spend time in one of the Crisis stores monthly and our charity hikes have raised donation money for the charity.
Amplify is a very collaborative agency, but where it makes sense we take some of those collaborations a step further. Introduced by a mutual client Amplify helped support and mentor Seed, now our youth specialist agency. Bonding over a shared passion for all things youth, Seed joined the Amplify Collective back in 2017 and have gone from strength to strength expanding globally, tripling in size and rapidly expanding their youth and next gen network and live and creator capabilities.
Seed also runs What Matters to Us, a youth and next gen research and insights series, which helps inform their stand alone work and campaigns in collaboration with Amplify.
Challenge the status-quo to make more informed sustainable decisions as standard.
Our industry is often criticised for its negative impact and challenged for its lack of actionable solutions to improve its work's value. We want to change that.
As an industry of creative problem solvers, we need to work collectively to find ways to minimise the negative impact our work has on the planet. We publicly support a 1.5°C future via Race to Zero aligning our targets to reach Net Zero emissions by 2050 at the latest across our entire business operations and client projects globally.
“If you measure it, it will improve.” Seth Godin.
Nothing makes us more proud than when we can help our clients lead by example.
Our measurement approach focuses on accurate and targeted data-tracking using industry reporting tools from isla and AdGreen to efficiently review the impact of our projects, as well as build learnings to continually mitigate our impact, set benchmarks for future targets. All of this is to ensure accountability, transparency and continual improvement as part of our Net Zero roadmap following GHG Protocol.
Gathering data has the power to transform behaviours and influence the way projects are delivered in the future. We recognise that delivering projects that truly respect planetary boundaries is a journey, and a journey with a map is a more certain one.
Our mitigation plans help find the little wins and innovations that can create the biggest positive impact.
Establishing key principles encourages us to rethink the process, offering opportunities to question decisions throughout planning, ideation, design and delivery, to help make more informed, sustainable decisions.
If you're interested in learning more about embedding targeted, action plans to provide tangible recommendations and guidelines that can be incorporated into reporting, please get in touch.
We're proud to be part of the Clean Creatives movement, pledging not to work with fossil fuel polluters. We believe this is the best way to show we are committed to a sustainable future for the creative industry.
Greener Experiences is Amplify’s team of climate conscious individuals, championing a more sustainable future for our industry. It’s a team shaping change within our working environment, through the work we undertake and in our lives outside the office by providing information, education, inspiration and community.
Made up of cross-department individuals, it is a safe space for anyone at Amplify who is concerned, committed to fighting or just curious to know more about the climate emergency.

Amplify was one of twelve founding agencies of a non-profit organisation founded by event professionals and industry leaders to support the events sector's transition to a more sustainable future. Our collective ambition is to implement consistent standards across the management of events when it comes to environmental impact and sustainability.
isla now spans over 140 agencies, brands and event organisers and has developed TRACE, a carbon and waste measurement platform for sustainable events.
Embracing the responsibility for the change, we were one of the pioneers of trace, an industry-specific carbon and waste measurement tool used to track data across production, transport, energy and waste. Created by isla the platform has helped us to measure and minimise carbon across brand experiences.
