Amplify ensures that all its suppliers and customers are compliant with all
local standards and laws of their country.
Amplify refuses to trade with any company or individual that requires to make or receive any form of inducement in order to secure a commercial transaction and will terminate any ongoing relationships if evidence is found to demonstrate this. Amplify enters into Agreements with all its suppliers and customers which include their agreement to be bound by the Amplify Code of Ethics available on request.
Amplify expects all our suppliers to treat their employees with dignity, fairness and respect. We recognise the Ethical Trading Initiative Base Code and the UN Global Compact as the internationally recognised minimum standards with regard to working hours, living wages, freedom of association and safety of employees. We expect our suppliers to meet these standards and to have the same expectations of these high standards from their suppliers.
Amplify strictly prohibits the use of child labour in any form, and forced or compulsory labour, including any work or service that is exacted from any person under the threat of penalty and for which the person has not offered himself or herself voluntarily. We adhere to the minimum age requirements for employment as defined by national laws and international standards. We support the development and education of children and believe that they should be protected from exploitation.
Amplify complies with all applicable anti-slavery and human trafficking laws and regulations including the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.
