THE TEAM

The creative studio at Amplify is a melting pot of talent from conceptual creatives, copywriters, strategists, architects, graphic designers and motion designers who collaborate together to deliver pioneering work for our clients. Within the design team, we have junior designers, designers, senior designers and design directors who are responsible for the creative design output of the agency across all of our projects.

THE ROLE

  • Work across pitches and live projects as part of a wider creative team to visually bring the creative concept to life alongside an Architectural Designers and Creative Directors
  • Dissect a brief and identify how to bring the Graphic components to life
  • Develop a design language across projects and evolve that thinking across various applications, environments, channels and the broader channel mix
  • Demonstrate an ability to clearly structure your thinking in response to creative challenges
  • Work with the wider creative team to proactively contribute to the ideation process
  • Create assets for presentations
  • Create artwork ready files
  • Contribute to internal design tasks including website branding, case study design etc

The salary range for this role is between $120k - $150k, depending on experience.

  • Has demonstrable experience creating outstanding design work based on conceptual thinking
  • Is advanced in the Adobe suite of software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign etc)
  • Can be agile and adapt well to change as ideas evolve
  • Has good personal time management skills and can work towards deadlines
  • Have a clear understanding of and keep up to date with the wider industry standards and regulations
  • Maximizes value, quality and commerciality through a rigorous critical design process.

Exercises Leadership

  • Is a leader of design and craft across pitches and live projects, demonstrating your skills to project teams, departments and the wider agency as well as clients
  • Champions sustainable approaches and methodologies
  • Has regular 1:1’s with the Group Creative Director to strengthen collaborative processes
  • Takes responsibility for the quality control of the design output of the projects you work on, arranging regular crits with the Design Director and consistently check the work to deliver against the high standards we set ourselves as a creative agencyHas a hunger to learn and grow within a creative environment
  • Be interested in software innovation and digital design tools. Be constantly looking to integrate new technologies and approaches into the work you create both conceptually and physically
