The winner in this Campaign UK Agency of the Year Awards category is Amplify.
Amplify started life as the go-to London rave agency for brands including Converse, Nike and PlayStation - all of whom remain clients today. Since then, it has evolved from amplifying live experiences through fledgling social media platforms to creating format-defining and award-winning campaigns that drive business transformation through the power of culture.
In 2024, it launched three new specialisms which explore the latest trends in world-building, story-telling, collaborations and innovation and added 30 new clients, increasing turnover to £77m, representing a 28.3% increase year-on-year across the group. With all of its insights work published online, Amplify also regularly hosts roundtables, workshops and work shares with client partners to discuss and share findings.
Its recent accolades include a Campaign Agency of the Year hat-trick for Global, UK and UK Creative Brand Experience Agency of the Year for its work on PlayStation: Live from PS5. From this campaign came a total of 22 award wins, including The Drum Awards Experience Grand Prix, which reignited the hype around experiences on PS5 globally and drove a mammoth 316% sales uplift in the four weeks after the campaign launch. It also took Winner of the Greatest Brand Campaign at the TikTok Ad Awards for its world first ‘TikTokumentary’ and first Nike long-form content on the platform.
