The campaign objective was to celebrate native Parisian Wemby's arrival in Paris for the NBA Paris Game.
A remarkable event that deserved to be highlighted in a bold and unexpected way. The challenge was to honor this moment with an epic film / activation, capturing the energy and excitement of the meeting between the basketball prodigy and the Parisian basketball community.
Our strategy was to focus on the community. The Parisian community that originally inspired Wemby, and the French community that he now inspires.
Victor Wembanyama remains deeply connected to his roots. Despite his global superstar status, what he loves most is to spend time with the basketball community, give back to the fans and future generations of champions.
We brought together the next generation of basketball talents from "Grand Paris" to welcome and honor the 1 who inspires them to reach new heights.

When Wembanyama's plane touched down at Le Bourget, Paris Airport, Nike was the first to announce it to the world, Wemby was home.
We orchestrated a live performance at Le Bourget, right in front of the San Antonio Spurs. We played with Wembanyama's jersey number “1”. A nod to his unique achievements as a player and the fact he is number one in the hearts of the Parisian sporting community.
An unforgettable welcome at the crossroads of basketball, dance, and style. Uniting the Parisian community with a choreographed welcome on the runway, calling Wembanyama back home.
