THE ROLE
The Creative Director (based in either Los Angeles or New York) will be responsible for spearheading the creative concepting and executional design of campaigns and experiences from start to finish. You enjoy selling ideas in as much as making them and excel in structuring narratives for client presentations and pushing boundaries to creative format breaking work, working with internal business leaders and teams to transform brands through the power of culture
You will lead creative project teams, monitoring progress, providing helpful critique, and infusing big ideas into the work, and consistently delivering inspired creative work that meets or exceeds client expectations.
Candidates should have experience working hand-in-hand with producers and external vendors to ensure all ideas and campaign elements are feasible given client goals, timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience crafting integrated creative campaigns, developing innovative ideas and overseeing all creative elements and teams.
Understand and work within project parameters, including client goals and requirements, internal goals, audience experience, technical constraints, budget and timeline to create industry-leading creative work
The salary range for this role is between $180k - $225k, depending on experience.
